People call it the back window, rear windshield or back windshield — in the trade it's the back glass. Most back glass comes in two colors, dark privacy tint or green tint, and can be heated or carry a radio antenna.
Truck back windows with a slider come with one or two sliding panes. If your back glass is the original, the center panes may be available on their own. If the fixed glass next to the slider is broken, the whole back glass has to be replaced — manufacturers don't make that piece separately.
